Wave offers flexible subscription options so every user can find a plan that fits their needs. Whether you only record occasionally or rely on Wave for daily work, there’s a plan for you.

We currently offer three main tiers:

  • Free Plan – Try Wave at no cost with limited usage.

  • Standard Plan – Affordable monthly option with moderate usage limits.

  • Professional Plan – Unlimited usage for power users and professionals.


Free Plan

  • What’s included: 30 minutes of recording and processing time each month.

  • Who it’s for: New users who want to test Wave before upgrading.

  • Limitations: Time resets each month but does not roll over.


Standard Plan

  • What’s included: 5 hours of recording and processing time per month.

  • Who it’s for: Students, professionals, and casual users with moderate transcription needs.

  • Benefits: Enough time for regular meeting notes, class lectures, or personal journaling.


Professional Plan

  • What’s included: Unlimited recording and processing time.

  • Who it’s for: Users who rely on Wave daily for work, research, or creative projects.

  • Benefits: No caps, no stress about running out of time — record as much as you want.


How to Subscribe

You can subscribe to Wave in several different ways:

1. On the Web

  • Sign in using the same account you use in the Wave mobile app.

  • Choose your plan (Standard or Professional) and complete checkout.

Tip: Using the same account ensures your subscription syncs across mobile and web.

2. In the Mobile App

You can also subscribe directly from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Open the Wave app.

  • Go to SettingsManage Subscriptions.

  • Tap Subscribe and choose your plan.

  • Confirm your purchase through Apple or Google.

3. Wave Logo Shortcut

If you see the Wave logo in the top-right corner of your app:

  • Tap it.

  • Select Subscribe.

  • Follow the prompts to upgrade instantly.
