Wave's web app lets you select multiple sessions and take action on all of them at once — favorite, organize into folders, download as PDFs, or delete. No need to handle sessions one at a time.
Entering Multi-Select Mode
Go to Sessions on app.wave.co
Enter multi-select mode by tapping the checkbox in the header.
Tap the sessions you want to select — a floating toolbar appears at the bottom with your selection count and all available actions
Press Escape or click Cancel to exit multi-select mode at any time.
⭐ Favorite / Unfavorite
Quickly star or unstar multiple sessions at once.
Click Favorite to add all selected sessions to your favorites
Click Unfavorite to remove them
Your selection stays active afterward so you can take additional actions.
📂 Add to Folder
Organize sessions in bulk by adding them to a folder.
Click Add to Folder to see your folders
Pick a folder and all selected sessions are added instantly
📥 Download as PDFs
Export all selected sessions as a single ZIP file of PDFs.
Click the Download button (green icon) in the toolbar
Wave generates a PDF for each session, bundles them into a ZIP file, and downloads it to your computer
The button shows real-time progress as it works:
Generating... — creating the PDF for each session
Downloading... — fetching the PDFs
Creating ZIP... — bundling everything into one file
Each PDF includes the session title, date, AI-generated summary, and full transcript. If some sessions can't be exported, Wave will still download a ZIP with the ones that succeeded and let you know how many failed.
🗑️ Delete
Remove multiple sessions at once.
Click Delete to open a confirmation dialog
Confirm to permanently delete all selected sessions and their associated data
This action cannot be undone, so you'll always be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
💡 Tips
Multi-select is available on the web app (desktop browser) — look for the floating toolbar on large screens
All toolbar buttons are disabled while an action is in progress to prevent conflicts
Non-destructive actions (favorite, folder, download) keep your selection active so you can chain actions
There's no hard limit on how many sessions you can select
The ZIP file is named Wave Sessions (N).zip where N is the number of PDFs included
