Wave makes it easy to get your summaries delivered straight to your inbox — either automatically after every recording, or manually whenever you want to share.
Auto-Send: Get Every Summary by Email
Want summaries delivered to your inbox automatically? Turn on auto-send:
Open Settings in the Wave app
Navigate to Personal Information
Locate the Email section
Toggle the switch to enable Auto-send completed sessions
Once enabled, every time a Wave is processed, a copy of the summary will be sent directly to your email.
Manual: Share a Single Summary by Email
Want to email just one summary? Use the Share button:
Open the Wave summary you want to share
Tap the Share button in the top right
Select Send to Email from the share modal
The summary will be sent to your registered email address.
Changing Your Email Address
Summaries are sent to the email address on your Wave account. To change it:
Go to Settings in the Wave app
Tap Email under Personal Information
Enter your preferred email address
You can also set up Alternative Emails if you want to send summaries to different addresses for work, personal, or project-specific purposes. Go to Settings → Alternative Emails to manage up to 10 email addresses.
