📅 How to Record Calendar Meetings with Wave

Wave can now automatically join your meetings, record the audio, and generate a summary—no need to hit record yourself.

🔗 Part 1: Connect Your Calendar

To get started, connect your calendar so Wave can see your upcoming events.

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar

  2. Choose Google Calendar or Outlook

  3. Sign in and grant permission

  4. Once connected, your meetings will appear in Wave automatically

🤖 Part 2: Automatically Record and Summarize Meetings

Wave can join meetings for you—like a smart assistant that never forgets.

  1. Find the meeting you want to record

  2. Toggle on Record with Wave Bot

  3. Wave supports: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams

  4. (Optional) Customize your bot’s name—like “Josh’s Assistant”

  5. Want to skip the toggling? Enable Auto-record all online meetings to capture everything by default

After each meeting, your recording and AI-generated summary will appear in your Wave account—ready when you are.
