When you connect your Google or Outlook calendar to Wave and start a recording in the Wave app, you can select attendees from any scheduled event and have Wave email them a summary as soon as the meeting ends. Guests donβt need a Wave account.

When youβre in a calendar event and start a recording, Wave will:

Your selected Guests will get a clean, professional email that includes:

Guests do not need a Wave account to view the summary.

Anyone listed on the calendar event, including:
Internal colleagues
External collaborators
Clients and customers
Interview candidates
Vendors and consultants
You can also manually add additional email addresses after the meeting.
π How to Add Guests
Connect your Google or Outlook calendar on the Calendar tab.
Start or join a recording during a calendar event.
Wave will display the attendee list as βGuests.β
Select the people you want to receive the summary.
Record normally β Wave sends the emails automatically once processing finishes.


Note: Guests only appear when Wave detects youβre inside an active calendar event.
