The Alternative Emails feature lets you add and manage multiple email addresses for sharing sessions—ideal if you use different addresses for work, personal, or project-specific purposes.

Key Features

  • Up to 10 emails per account

  • Custom labels (e.g., Work, Personal, Client A)

  • Quick selection when sharing sessions

  • Edit or remove emails anytime

How to Access

On Mobile (iOS & Android)

  1. Open Wave

  2. Go to Settings ⚙️

  3. Tap Alternative Emails

On Web (app.wave.co)

  1. Click Settings in the navigation bar

  2. Click Alternative Emails

Alternative Emails is not yet available on Wave Desktop. Manage your emails on mobile or web — they sync across all devices.

Add an Email

  1. Tap "+" in the top-right

  2. Enter the email and a label

  3. Tap Add Email

  4. The email is validated and saved
