Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your Wave account at any time from the mobile app or the web app. Deleting your account removes all of your data and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, Wave permanently removes:
All recordings and audio files
All transcripts, summaries, and AI chats
All folders and organizational data
Uploaded files (PDFs, photos)
Phone call recordings
Calendar connections and meeting bot data
Your user profile and settings
Custom vocabulary entries
If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel external subscriptions.
