How to Share
Open the Wave session you want to share
Tap the link icon 🔗 at the top of the Summary page
Toggle Enable Shareable Link
Copy the link and send it to anyone

Password Protection
Optionally set a password so only people who know the password can view the page.
Choose What to Share
You can select which components to include in the shared page:
Summary — The AI-generated summary
Transcript — The full text of the recording
Disabling a Link
Toggle Enable Shareable Link off at any time to revoke access. The URL will stop working immediately.
Tips
Great for sharing meeting notes with people who don't use Wave
The shared page is read-only — viewers can't edit your session
Shared links stay active until you disable them
